Installation services for automotive films, safety films, solar films, thermal films, reflective films, or other films are provided based on an individual agreement with the customer. The specific scope of the service, price, installation date, place of installation, handover method of the vehicle or property, and other cooperation terms are determined separately by agreement between the operator and the customer.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices listed on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. The final price depends on the type of vehicle or property, the scope of installation, the size of the glass surfaces, the material used, and the individual requirements of the customer. The operator is not a VAT payer. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is possible in cash upon handover of the vehicle or after the service has been completed.

5. Order and Appointment Reservation

The installation date must be agreed in advance by phone, e-mail, or another form of communication. The appointment reservation becomes binding only after mutual confirmation. If the customer cannot attend the agreed appointment, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so that an alternative date can be arranged.

6. Customer Obligations

• provide truthful and complete contact details required for communication,
• arrive at the agreed appointment or notify us of any change in time,
• hand over the vehicle or space in a condition allowing the service to be performed,
• inform the operator about any specific requirements or limitations,
• follow the instructions recommended after film installation.

7. Warranty and Certificate

For selected types of films, we provide a warranty depending on the type of material and the specific installation. For automotive film installation, the customer receives the relevant certificate if it applies to the given type of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage, interference by a third party, or failure to follow instructions after installation.

8. Website Use

• It is prohibited to interfere with the security, functionality, or availability of the website.
• The website must not be used in a way that could harm the operator or third parties.
• The operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict or modify the website, especially due to maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

9. Responsibility for Content

The operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on the website is current and correct.
